Job Description
We are looking for an experienced manager to provide leadership in the management of homelessness programs, for a full-time 1.0 EFT position (76 hours per fortnight) based in the fast expanding, local government area of Melton.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will enjoy providing leadership and direction to two direct reports and you will build on a culture of service excellence where optimal outcomes for young people are achieved. Together with the Operations Manager you will set the strategic direction of the programs that fall within your portfolio, and you will ensure compliance in all operational areas including service delivery, risk management and continuous quality improvement.
Desired Skills and Experience
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Youth Work, Social Work or Psychology (with honours) and you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Team Leader, Program Coordinator or other relevant management role.
