Hope Street Youth and Family Services Limited ("Hope Street") is a leading specialist youth homelessness services in Victoria with over 40 years’ experience in delivering services to young people and young families in the western and northern growth corridors of Melbourne.
Hope Street has been delivering the First Response Youth Mobile Outreach program within the City of Melton and surrounding LGA. The service currently operates 6 days per week with different rosters.
Job Description
The purpose of this position is to work with young people to access and/or maintain employment, education and training opportunities to achieve meaningful participation in the community.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum Bachelor Degree qualification in Social Sciences, Human services, Community studies or other health/welfare related qualifications.
